    Just regular maintenance on it since i got it used .

    Should i just leave along ?? Truck running good no problems with cooling system.

    Yes sir thats why i want to do it. like that i keep track from now on . And do it one a year too .

    The corrosion inhibitors only last for a few years, but the coolant will continue to keep the engine cool. You should change it every few years. Every year is not necessary, but it can't hurt...other than your wallet.

    As long as you recycle the fluid correctly. Otherwise it's nasty stuff that can do some hurt to groundwater etc.

    I don`t think I ever set out to change my Coolant it just happens by its self .

    I have yet to find hose clamps that will last a winter with the liquid brine they seem to be the cause of my coolant changes

    I even tried big heat shrink Tubing the Brine still gets in there .

    No wonder all our Bridges are about to fall down
