Need help with Cover King Seat Covers, 09 TRD Tacoma

Super frustrated dealing with Coverking and Costco. I purchased neoprene seat covers for my 09 Tacoma and can't get the correct ones. Don't get me wrong both CK and Costco reps are trying but it shouldn't be this hard....

First try. I received two different seat back covers. I was able to work hard and get one to fit. I contacted CK and Costco and after more than two weeks and several emails I received another seat cover. This one is different than the other two??? argh!!

The new one has two flaps at the bottom and the side airbag opening is large. The cover I got to fit has a small side airbag opening and only one flap at the bottom. Not sure which one is correct.

Anybody have these covers in a 4WD TRD that can tell me which one is correct?
