    Well that's just awesome man. Hats off to you for doing that and taking care of your truck. Hell, I'd settle for a 3.4 swap in my 89 4runner. Currently it's got the 3.0 in it.

    Does the 2.1 pulley bring it up to 300 hp? I know TRD says the stock supercharger setup produces about 60 added hp so that would be about 250 total.

    Either way, I bet your truck absolutely hauls ass being a lighter reg cab with a supercharged 3.4 :drool:

    If we look at sea level test The stock TRD 3.4L supercharger pulley is 2.37". The standard TRD supercharger is claimed to add about 60 RWHP (75 crank horse power) with 7 pounds of boost.
    So adding 75 hp and 190 hp is 265hp, now add an extra 3.5 pounds of boost with the 2.1 pulley on top of the 7 pounds
    that was stock and your into 10.5 pounds of boost, the 300hp range, 3.5 extra pounds of boost will certainly produce at least
    35 more horse power. 190 engine, 75 supercharger, 35, 2.1 pulley adding 3.5 extra boost =300 at least.
    That's engine crank hp, All horse powers are measured at the crack, not the RWHP.

    If you do the math each additional boost number is equall to 10.7 hp
    So stock pulley is 7 pounds is an extra 75 hp
    2.1 pulley is 10.5 pounds is 112 hp
    If your at sea level this is what you get. The higher the elevation the less HP all engines put out from the original base line numbers

    Haha, sure and the KN cold air intake airfilter has to toss maybe 5 hp? I don't think
    the original AIRFILTER was designed to have 10 pounds of boost pushing through it and the free flow Muffler and cat back I have has to toss in a few more HP I would think?

    I have the TRD headers, they came with the truck (along with the supercharger) so I can't say what it felt like without them, but they sure do sound awesome :D

    Mmmm, not sure, the cast iron setup has zero issues even with the amount of miles I have.
    I drive alot and I have see a lot of issues with headers on the internet. My truck is setup as a daily driver and for reliability so Im not sure I will go that route for an extra few HP, maybe a high flow cat first, I also have an ERG system and nor sure if that makes it a problem.

    Just got new Hankook dynapro ATM tires today, got to love the rubber depth, a Lincoln penny almost disappears in the tread, so need to save up some more money.

    I've dumped A bunch of money in her this last 6 months which is ok with me.
    Want to do x linier and might have to replace the rack as I spotted a little oil on it,
    The hood scoop was my long time wish, so I'm happy now,
    Maybe headers will be on my list next year.

    The supercharger takes like 30% of your torque to spin at max rpm with a 2.1" pulley. Unless you're dumping lots and lots of methanol through the thing you aren't getting anywhere near the theoretical hp numbers based strictly on boost. Although yeah, I'd say near 300 at the crank is accurate, very likely lower.

    Probably the coolest truck on earth in my opinion. It's hard to believe that thing has over 500k and still looks that good.
