    Yep the frame actually looks immaculate. He used to use the bumper for towing a light trailer, in doing so he fucked it all up and it rusted. He attached a class three hitch on it though and that's all wired up and basically new

    I'm glad your frame is good. Just recently we had someone purchased a 1st gen here and the frame rail was almost split in two due to rust. Now on to the lift! If you buy the assembled coils/shocks, installation is super easy.

    Welcome. I just acquired the same vehicle as you, though with little to no rust. I'd say go for a suspension upgrade because it's over a decade old. $500 won't get you too far, so save a few extra bones and you can still get a decent setup for under $1,000.
