    exactly lol
yet I had a shit load of comments from all the cyclist advocates here in the city saying I'm terrible and shouldn't be driving.

Thing is that stretch of road right there has a lot of accidents (this is in downtown toronto) no one seems to pay attention. I constantly see cars blow through street car open doors, I see tons driving and texting or driving and on their phone.
Its not even the lack of signaling that was so bad, you can't tell in the video but he never even turned around to see if a car was coming he just changed lanes. Had I have been closer he would've went right into my car.

The cyclist here believe they have the right of way no matter what and they do not need to check their surroundings, that drivers always see them.
I see cyclist riding after sundown with 0 lights or reflectors on them. can't see them until your headlights are right on them.
So many cyclist say they should be on roads, ok fine but then you should be obeying all the rules of the road and a good thing to do would be wearing a high visibility vest while riding at night. Its ridiculous so many cyclist are against things making it safer for them on the road.

hard to really see how quick and idiotic this bitch in the Rav4 was on my way home tonight. Cruising solid at 80 and she panics and slams her brakes. Thankfully i knew the semi was a bit back, i look in the rear view and when i look forward i see her slam on her brakes and i had to slide out of the way in my own panic. As you can see it was for absolutely no reason. Then coming home some jackass wants to get hit apparently. Click over to 720 for clear video.

After watching i have updated the date/time on the camera as well. whoopsie.

I like to use (disclaimer: well-practiced and only in safe and easily controlled situations) threshold braking with my non-ABS brakes in the Taco in the most egregious of these scenarios. Using the horn generally causes little reaction from the self-entitled and overconfident city cyclist/pedestrian other than the occasional scowl or flip of the bird. The ominous howl from some big AT tires locking up will get immediate attention and evasive reaction. (And ideally, just a little loss of bladder control.)

Not so much stupid as unlucky. Patch of ice takes out Furd merging onto the freeway right in front of me. Haven't uploaded the vid cause I'm at work but did get a screen shot of it.

Yup, swerved like it was nobody's business. I'm not so sure about the trail of cars behind me though.

Looks like the guy in front of her brake checked her for riding his ass. Both parties are ass holes.

I have a good one coming once I figure out how to not make it 300 megabytes.

almost got side swiped this morning on my way in to work. I plugged my dash cam in to find out it didnt record it even though it was on because i checked shortly after.

So i purchased a new one. Reading some 1 star reviews on my previous one states theirs stopped recording and they never knew.

These cams all seem to have a limited lifespan. Often they appear to write files, but the files are corrupt. Sometimes it has to do with the card. Formatting the sd card frequently has helped with mine. I check here and there to see if the most recent file is indeed viewable.

I store my camera in the center console now. Although it's winter now so I don't think the heat should mess with my cameras.

...or I'm just afraid my nice new 128 gb Samsung micro sd will set my car on fire

My cam is writing corrupt files shown here, formatting removes all files but the corrupt ones. No expert here but maybe that corrupts the card? I'm going to try a new card. Will report back

Another one from the GF's dashcam. After stopping out of view, drunk driver floors it into the guy in front of him. @18 Seconds, far right. Pushed him into 2 other cars I think (I wasn't there). Apparently, he got out, made a big scene, left a bottle of Vodka behind, and took off. Threatened to run down a lady who was trying to block him from leaving. Hope they catch him.
