I almost got my light bar stolen last night but they weren't able to get the second bolt loose. Can anyone direct me to a company that makes something to stop this? I saw it before and I can't remember where or what they are called. Thanks.

First off, bolt or nut? Rigid makes security nuts for their bars that have the 1/4" stud on the ends of the bar, they're easy to come by

I got these. And they work perfect and aren't even being used on a Cali raised bar. I use them on my 42" & 22" bars and I've never had a problem. They fit perfect to.

Those help, if they don't have the bit, just makes it harder. But most likely thiefs will have tools such as these. They are easily had anywhere. The way to go is something with a special tool/key/bit to really prevent it from being stolen. Ideally something custom with a key/bit that only you have. I've heard of machine shops that can make custom bolts/keys. Rigid industries sells anti theft bolts/nuts iirc. Not sure if every one is different tho. But the harder you can make it for thiefs the better. Something like these would be good:

You need a special Allen with a hole in it.
I do electrical work in the same shit happens with the fire sprinkler relays.

And if you can't find a tamper proof bolt to your liking with enough security(again I would not go with the torx type bolts with the hole, they're all the same and the bits can easily be bought by thiefs) you could always get a threaded stud that has no head. Thread that in, and use a security nut instead. The nuts are more various than bolts. And lots to choose from in eBay/Amazon for cheap.

Thieves are going to get a light bar regardless of what anyone tries to do to prevent it. You just have to make it harder for them so they'll move onto something else. I've seen people cut the actual mounts off or break the bar off the vehicle. If you can tack weld the bar onto whatever surface it's mounted to, so that you're able to grind it off if you ever want to take it off later. That's your best bet. It's like you said thieves can get those security bits but I've had my light bars on for over 3 years and no trouble. I park under a car port w/ a light that has security camera everywhere. But that will just show me a person I don't know stealing my light bar! HA!

I too was gonna say something along these lines. I had to use a 1/4 threaded rod through my bar for mounting, with nuts on the end. I then did a couple tac welds on the nuts to the threads. If I ever need to remove it I'll just grind off the weld to remove the nut. I've also heard of people fabricating and welding small caps over the nut/bolt. I'm thinking of doing something similar next time I redo my setup. That way if they happen to have a grinder, I'll for damn sure hear that. Ha.

I've seen the other ones you were talking about. Where people fabricate and weld caps over the nut/bolt. This is a picture of how my buddy has his.

@eazycompany on IG. Those are the kind I have. But there are some other mounts made by SRQ fabrication on either IG or E bay. Only difference is SRQ's mounts can be adjusted to handle curved or straight bars. But I don't know for sure since I have eazycompany mounts. The bottom picture is the only one I have of the light bar mounts on my truck. Here are a few more pictures of SRQ's mounts.
