    That is correct.
It will look identical to the product that you linked with the bare end as shown.

The USB from our stock radios is located behind the glove box on the passenger side kick panel. It is the Brown connection in this photo:

You will need the AXXESS AX-TOYUSB Female cable and the AXXESS AX-TOYUSB-2 Male cable to make it work. Should be around $20.00 or so.

Plug the AXXESS AX-TOYUSB-2 Male (with the brown end) into the brown corresponding connection that you will unplug from the box (part of the "entertainment system").

Plug them together and then plug the rest together to the radio.

I'll work on the camera in the display tomorrow.

So I bit the bullet, so to speak and shelled out the $60 for the XM cable lead/adaptor. The female end of the adaptor didn't fit the Toyota male end as I would have liked so I had a hard decision to make, start chopping up the brand new $60 adaptor jack, or send it back and start dumping my Entune goodies and just forget the idea of ever installing it in my 2012...

I opted to 'hack the jack' and see if it gave me XM signal... I'm happy to report that it has and I now have the radio in my truck with the phone, steering wheel controls, 3.5mm input, XM radio and AM/FM functioning.

I still have the following issues that I want to resolve:

-USB jack not connected to the Entune,
-no Bluetooth output via Spotify or Pandora from my iPhone,
-back-up camera display on radio vs rearview mirror.

I know I have another jack I have to buy and some re-wiring I have to do for the backup camera...

What I don't know is if the USB and Bluetooth issues are related or not. I don't have a lear understanding of what I need to get the USB connected. I Goggled the adaptors referenced and can't figure it out, so any additional help there would be appreciated.

Also any help on the whole Bluetooth sound not working would be much appreciated.

I have "half" of the camera relocate kit. I bought the part from CameraSource for the 2013 relocate. The plug on the radio end of that unit isn't compatible with the 2015 HU as they changed to a 40 pin unit in 2014 (I think). So I have to adapt a different plug (also from Camera Source) to covert the HU plug to a 40 plug.

I'm still trying to get Bluetooth playback audio through the unit. I think it has something to do with the multimedia playback module located behind the glovebox.

no problem, and 2015. i wanted to do the usb port in the dash so it would look factory but when i got the truck i had the blank switch next to the aux port so i put a usb port which is simply for charging and i needed to cut the switch opening a little bit bigger for it to fit. so i dont think a new usb switch would fit tight in there.
so i just plugged my iphone cord into the end of that plug i showed you and routed it theu the dash to cone out in the cupholder area
