    Good afternoon fellow NorCal people!

TLDR: Does anyone know of a good body shop in the Roseville area?

I’m a long time lurker around here and thought today would be a good time to make my first post.

I’ve owned my 2012 Silver Streak DCSB TRD OR 6MT since June of 2014 when I purchased it from a co-worker. We were both stationed (USAF) in Germany at the time but he needed to sell it quickly because he was moving. So, seeing as I had previously owned a 99 TRD OR AT and knew how great these trucks were, I decided to help him out.

Throughout my next two years in Germany, I took this completely stock truck on adventures in France and off-road parks in Germany.

In September we were relocated to Beale AFB in Yuba County, CA and I impatiently waited while my Tacoma was moved via ship across the Atlantic. On Monday I got word that my truck was ready for pick-up down in LA so I eagerly went onto the company’s website and scheduled my appointment for Friday. So, today I received a message from the company that I needed to call them to discuss the status of my vehicle. When I called them I was less than enthused to hear that my truck had been damaged in transit. So, after viewing some pictures and having a delightful conversation with the company’s Regional Manager I determined that I would still go ahead with the pick-up on Friday knowing that they would be completely responsible for the damages. They agreed that I could take it to any body shop of my choice and they would foot the bill for the repairs (duh) as well as pay for a rental car while it was in the shop.

Which brings me to my point; does anyone know of a good body shop around the Roseville area? Also, since I was planning on replacing the original bumper with an aftermarket one from either Pelfreybilt or CBI would that body shop be receptive to installing that instead of the normal OEM bumper?

On a final note, I know this is a crappy first post but I'd like to get involved with you NorCal guys once my Truck gets repaired.

And if it was me I would get the light fixed, and put the tailgate (assuming it still closes properly) and bumper money into a plate bumper.

I don't know of any personally in your area but I would just call around and ask. I got lucky and the first guy I went to had great reviews on yelp and he was more than willing to install aftermarket instead of oem on mine.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give these guys a whirl.

Yeah, I'm definitely having them replace the rear tail light lenses. It also looks like the rear passenger's side fender is bowed out a little. Meh, it'll get fixed.

    Thanks for the replies!

This is whole I solely use in the Sacramento area. They do a lot of old school muscle car restoration, but they also have their fair share of your typical insurance work. Great guys to deal with. Tell him Vin with the black Mustang and Tacoma referred you.
