These are the 3 I've broken it down to. Going with LT265/75/16. It seems the Cooper comes in at 46lbs, Dynapro at 50lbs and Wildpeak at 55lbs. I lean towards the lighter side of things due to keeping the best gas mileage. Current stock firestone is 31lbs I believe. I ran 2 sets of Dynapros on my old F-150 and those bastards were near bullet proof. Got 60k+ out of both sets.

Anyone have experience with multiple of these?

    Thanks for any help.

The coopers are good, but the set on my wife's Highlander have gotten loud as hell, and have been rotated regularly.. hell they make more noise than my Cooper ST MAxx tyres. So I'm kinda on the fence with them, I had a set on my taco and they were great, but wife's telling me they are starting to slide on her, in wet conditions? Not sure if they're bad set or what? Been thinking of getting a different brand now that they've gotten so loud... I say go with the hakooks it's a gamble on the coopers IMO ? Some are good and some suck...

Good info. That huge thread on the Falkens has me curious about those too, but 55 pounds per tire is heavy as hell.

I have 47,000 miles on my A/t3's and should get at least 5-10K more. Mine are P265/75/16's, I see no reason to pay for LT's on a truck this light. Mine have been as good as anything traction wise in mud, snow, ice, wet or dry pavement. When new they were very quiet and rode very well. But at this point they are louder and since about 20,000 miles have needed to be balanced with each rotation. They aren't loud, just not as quiet as when new. And the ride isn't bad, just not as good as I like. But for the price it is hard to complain. Cooper was running an $80 rebate when I bought mine 3 years ago. I wrote the check for $550 and have $470 in them after the rebate.

I'm on the fence, but may consider something else next time. My brother has had good luck with Firestone Destination AT's. Cooper AT/3's run about the same price if they aren't running a rebate which is quite often.

Balanced with each rotation? Yikes. I never once had to rebalance those Hankooks on my old truck.

The 55lb 265/75/16 Falken is for the E load tire, the standard load is only 44lb.

My C-rated AT3s ride noticeably better than the P-rated Dynapro ATMs I had prior. I'd give them an equal grade as far a traction goes.

That's shocking to me; the P rated Dynapro was the smoothest AT I've ever run. Quiet and not once in their life, 70k miles, did they need a rebalance.

Honestly I was a little shocked as well, especially bumping up to an LT tire. The AT3s just seem to soak up little imperfections in the road better.

I put the Wildpeaks on today, 265/75/16 standard load on stock setup. Initial impressions are very good. I haven't had a ton of time on them yet, but on my usual drive home from work I was about .7 mpgs lower than what I usually see, which is probably due to the size more than the weight.

I will say that they look MUCH better in person than in pictures.

Not much on mods - Leer 180, TRD wheels, Mobtown sliders, rear hitch, helper springs on the rear
I'm curious as to whether those numbers are accurate - they show the E rated 245/75r/16 as weighing only 43 lbs versus 42 lbs for the load range C rated A/T3. That would make the A/T3 the lightest E load range tire that you can buy .

I've been super pleased with my AT3s plus you cannot beat the Discount Tire Direct EBay deal $170 off Coopers right now. I bought mine when they did the deal in the Spring. You can get P265/75/16 for under $400 bucks shipped to your door until Oct 31.
Its posted in the deals & coupon section.

Just drove home on a set of Wild Peak A/T3W 256/70/17. Cold and rainy drive home - quiet, great traction - maybe I can dump some sand from the bed :) OTD for $608. Hard to beat.
