Why don't you go get a Muscle Milk from the gas station?

I do that, too! I cut a little 1cmx1cm hole in the bottom corner of the tub to get every last mg of protein....the gods are pleased

I complained about the foaminess of the Cookies & Cream Casein (Bodytech brand) and I finished that tub last night. Just opened the french vanilla and it is the smoothest powder protein I have ever seen and it taste soooooo good. I want to bathe in it :muscleflexing:

What scale do you use? Expand that question to anyone else here who uses a good scale. I'll need a good one when I start making my own mix and also start meal prepping soon...

It's perfect cause I can take it anywhere easy too if needed.

Just make sure it does grams and ounces and takes it down to at least 0.1 gram increments at minimum.

    Just because I'm fat doesn't mean I don't lift!

I ran/walked 2.5 miles with the wife last night and didn't die. My knees felt like they were going to explode, but I didn't die. She's training for her 2nd half marathon with her sister and her sister bailed, so I decided (got told to) go with her last night. There's a little airport behind our new house, so we jogged that neighborhood and it was really cool seeing all the little planes and whatnot. There's also little ponds all over the place, so the view was nice at least. I told her next time I'll follow her on a bike lol.

Did shoulders, quads, and calves this morning. I did a lot of supersets and was drenched in sweat.

    seated ohp: 4 sets

superset: standing db side raises w/ front squats: 4 sets/3 sets

superset: standing db front raises w/ bb lunges: 4 sets/3 sets

superset: leg extensions w/ cable rope face-pulls: started @ 110 lbs on the leg extensions and went to max on each set and went down 10 lbs on each next set, all the way down to 10 lbs (total of 11 sets)....quads were fried after this...4 sets on the face-pulls

calves: leg press & seated calves raises - 3 sets each

I have this one and love it. I use it multiple times a day. It's idiot-proof and does grams and ounces.

As a self proclaimed "power lifter" (which I am really not, just focus on the "Big 3"), I have to be careful what I say lest I be perceived as self-loathing, but his (and most people's in comps) ROM bothers me. I understand that this is the acceptable standard for competitions, but it isn't really an accurate perception of strength in my humble opinion. By this, I mean, the guy who can arch his back more is going to be able to lift more, not necessarily because he is stronger though. He could not bench that much if his back was flat on the bench. NB: this guy is unequivocally stronger than me and I will never bench that much, arched back or not.

100% agree with you. I keep my feet flat on the ground (I sometimes have to put the pilates steps along the side of the bench when I go heavier...short people probs). This guy is up on his toes. I keep my back as flat as possible. I definitely have some arch since I try and squeeze my lats back which naturally elevates my back some but bench press should grab your core too, which it cannot do if you are rolled up on your shoulders like this dude. This guy is also fat. Call him 'big' if you want but he fat...His range of motion for the lift is so much less than what I would have to do. I also want to look like I lift, not just be strong because I am fat and can move weight...
