Citizen Eco Drive #1121 of 2500 limited edition.

First radio controlled watch. What a pain in the ass to set. Holy shit.

However, when crossing time zones...this thing is great.

Most jewelers can replace them. My local guy replaced the battery in my brothers luminox for him for like 10$

Shinola is a nice American watch brand. Really simple looking but all Swiss movement and great warranty.

Bumping and old thread but I am a big watch fan, very much into Seiko Divers. Recently on a Turtle kick.

A few pics of my modest but growing collection, have a Seiko Turtle Batman (SRP787) on the way.

My daily watch and yes it is dirty but it is my favourite with possibly the exception of one other.

Have several others that do not get worn unfortunately.

Also resigned myself to selling what is arguably the most interesting time piece in my collection, a 1942 Jaeger LeCoultre A10 Chronoflite 8-day elapsed time Cockpit Clock.

These JLCs are the hardest to come by, and this one happens to also be the rarest of the 3 variants they made. I love the history behind this thing, and knowing it once flew inside a Corsair, Douglass Dauntless, or Hellcat is just flat out cool. I'll regret setting her lose, I'm sure, but there are people out there who would appreciate this thing more than I ever could.

At one point, I even contemplated mounting it in the cabin of my Tacoma!

Today is an Invicta I picked up real cheap. Was looking for something to replace my G-Shock which I love for camping and the not-so-gentle stuff, but this Invicta definitely is not a suitable replacement. No light, no alarm, no date. IMG_1746.jpg

I really am not a fan of skeleton watches but this is nice, thinking about pulling the trigger on this one but I'm trying to justify to myself buying this watch and using it as my daily because I don't believe in dress watches.

Eventually I'll get a nice automatic. Been wanting to get a C ward diver but haven't been able to justify it yet. Maybe they will have another sale soon.

As of now I have this, with the "drywall packed into/under the face mod" in the lower left hand corner.
