    Guys, so for the sake of performance disregarding noise is it better to go exhaust system or just change out the muffler?

    I'm trying to justify getting a freaking near $600 borla exhaust but I really like the sound of the aero turbine 2525xl muffler which is about $100. I've read that in a stock exhaust the pipes are already there so there's no benefit to switching them out other than the muffler.

    Input?

    Depends on the size of your exhaust piping. I changed out the whole thing for a 3" exhaust system. If you're happy with 2.5" (or whatever you have) go with that

    For performance, headers, ypipe, 3" exhaust, and u will prolly want 1 small muffler after the ypipe, and a regular muffler further down.

    Toyota never manufactured the supercharger... And yes if you were to order a kit from Magnuson you would receive everything you needed.

    Keep in mind many if not all things stamped trd are made by a real manufacturer on a contract with toyota.

    As said above, magnuson made the kit based off an Eaton Mp90 blower.
