Sounds like a great start! You poke around in this thread at all? Neat ideas and different setups.

Getting close to the top of the list myself. I have a lot of mods to clean up and finish including bed drawer. once complete I can find a home for the propane tank.

BTW, do you have link to the end caps you used for the fridge slide bracket? I reused mine for my new cross bars on the cap. I could use 4 more.
    Amazon? :D

Haha, if I remember right I think I got them from Fazzios here? I'm sure the equivalent can be found on Amazon or ebay though.

Really pleased with the braking performance on the EBC yellow stuff but they really do get chewed up fast. This is about 27,000 miles...

I thought the same thing but looking back at my travel log over 3,000 miles were with the trailer on the back. It has brakes that help but it's still 2,500lbs of additional mass to slow down plus camping gear. Bottom line, it's a tradeoff for the performance - they don't last long and they dust up my wheels bad within a few days of a wash (at least the dark gray wheels hide it well).

Still working the winter build plans to prep for this years travels - I'd still like to do gears and lockers but need to settle on 4.10's or 4.56's and I want to re-install the water setup in hopes of getting some type of heated washdown/shower.

I'm still doing some plans for the overall direction for this build but the only recent developments are general maintenance and upkeep and ordering of some suspension additions.

It's around that time to do another differential and t-case service but I'm continuing to drag my feet hoping that I'll pull the trigger on some ECGS 4.10's or 4.56's. I'm leaning still towards the 4.10's so I'll still have some reasonable mileage on the highway as this is still my 70 mile/day DD and I still think I'll be sticking to 4th when towing the trailer on trips. Otherwise I'm assembling the parts list for air lines and fittings to run braided lines and upgraded solenoids to ARB's. I run the same on my beater Bronco II and have been very pleased with their durability versus the standard plastic hose and the standard ARB solenoids.

I still need a good day to do the t-case fluid, belt and hoses and maybe a coolant flush but I was able to squeeze in an oil change, air filter and spark plugs last week after work. Ideally I'd like to re-evaluate my transmission cooler setup as there were a few instances last year that fluid temps still reached 210 plus in the appalachian backroads. The temp always dropped down 30 to 40 degrees within minutes but I know those spikes are hard on the fluid and the internals. I'd like to investigate adding a thermostatic fan to my existing cooler or maybe enlarging a factory pan and perhaps porting it like one of these to increase cooling area and fluid capacity.

    3588_1_md_zpsgfd4crfr_b6716e7dc8acfc2ea3cd315aecd62d876780ce98.jpg

I just ordered some front Superbumps from Wheelers which I think will be a welcome addition to the front end. I'm still debating what to run on the rear but I'm thinking the Timben "Active Offroad" bumpstops may be my best bet given the additional load I regularly carry in the bed plus the extra weight of the trailer and cycle. I honestly don't think I've been having an issue in the rear to date but I think it's been managed by the slow trail speed that a trailer forces. I want to be prepared though for the water tank going back in which will put another 130lb plus over the axle.
