I realize I am not answering your question but personally I have been happy with my purchase of LEDs from csjumper 4 1/2 years ago.

CSJumper has always been super reliable and backed up all of his products. I have used his LED's and HID's. Just curious what happened with the OP?

Some companies won't even respond to emails. This guy takes the initiative to figure this situation out. That says a lot. Would make me confident to purchase because it certainly seems that he care.

If whoever you buy from lists the manufacturer of the LED chip, try and get Cree because they're the best.

I've had good luck with superbrightleds, idk who manufactures their products though.

The problem with Cree leds is that they lose their brightness fairly quickly over time. Osram is much more expensive but has a much better longevity.
