True, but for that much money....

So I'm guessing they'll be shipped out in the order that they were paid for. My order was processed on October 17th. I feel like that was pretty early, hopefully I'm in one the first batch...

True. My detached garage isn't heated. Or insulated. But it doesn't snow here but once every 20 years, and the coldest it gets is low 20s.

Truth is, this thing will sit on my shelf until I get my suspension sorted out, and get a new Leer. Holidays, crazy work, and the 14-month old boy doesn't really improve my odds at making lots of progress quickly. :bananadead:

Ladies and Gents! One member brought it to my attention that he would like our master tech to install the stealth pulley on his supercharger kit. If you already have a pulley and would like to send it to us for install, then we can lower the price down since more people will be paying for the tool. Right now if I get 3 members to send me there pulleys, then it is $175 for install whereas if 6 members get involved it will drop to $150. Let me know!

FYI! I have emailed URD and called twice to no avail on possibly getting some stealth pulley's.

    IMHO $175 is crazy.

It is paying for 1.5 hours of labor time, $40 for pulley remover, and $40 for the pulley installer. The more people involved the cheaper it is for those tools.

If for some reason I have to take the car to dealership, bullydog states to uninstall the tune before dealer service. then the vehicle with supercharger won't operate properly...
also if you forgot to remove the tune, and the toyota techician restore ecu to default, then you have to pay 250 to reset the bullydog unit

    https://www.bullydog.com/support/knowledge-base/how-do-i-return-my-gt-to-stock

    https://www.bullydog.com/support/knowledge-base/how-much-does-it-cost-to-reset-a-tuner

You should return to stock in ALL of the following situations:
    • EVERY TIME you take your vehicle in for any type of service. It is a very common practice for the engine computer to be “flashed” (reprogrammed)
during all types of service, even routine maintenance. If the tune from the GT is still installed when the engine computer is
flashed, it can cause problems when you want to use your GT in the future. See page 38 for more information.

    • If you want to install the GT on a different vehicle. For instance
If you have a second vehicle and want to try the GT on it. The GT can only be used on one vehicle at a time.
If you want to let a friend try the GT.
If you have decided to sell the GT to someone else.
    • If the battery is having problems and could possibly go dead.
    • If you need to disconnect the battery for any reason.

And this is why the trd reflash seems like the safer option... Very interesting information.

I wouldn't think you would have to remove the tune for the s/c as the truck would not operate properly. After installing the tune onto the ECU, you can remove the BD display. Seeing a Magnuson supercharger on the vehicle itself will cause concern in a normal Toyota service drive. Just read over the Magnuson Moss Act about installing aftermarket parts onto your vehicle and warranty.
