It definitely helps for swamp ass, but it is vital for mud butt.

It worked quite well with my Nexus 6 once I figured out the sweet spot to get to to charge. Then I left that phone on the bed rail while loading my kid into his car seat and drove off without grabbing it and when I later figured it out and came back for the phone it was in the middle of the highway and completely destroyed. Current phone doesn't support qi.

iPhone 6. slow charge but I still use it. I like not having a charging cable. I use the Bezalel charge case.

S7 edge as well, and I love the wireless charger. My phone is connected for calls and music to bluetooth, so it's nice to be able to plop it down and know it won't go dead listening to music on a long drive. I just have to have it flush with the edge of the mat and it works like a charm.

Yep...gimmick. The "phone charger" is just to add a techie gadget to the brochure. A cheap cable works better. And isn't the Qi charger only compatible with those phone that blow up? No way would I use that. But then, I hate cell phones anyway.

No BRO-ness to speak of... Well, except Kbro2's
S6.... Heats phone up to roughly the temp of molten lava (that's about the same as the 'LOW' setting on the seat heaters if you've never held molten lava) and MIGHT complete a charge in oh... say, 36 hours or so.

Works great for me. Pick up a thin case and lay the phone so that the top is pointed toward the driver's side.

I have a Nexus 6 in a case and I can't seem to find the sweet spot. I plan to swap out the head unit at some point with one that supports Android Auto so that requires that the phone be plugged in. I can't see that I would use it much, I was excited about being able to just chuck the phone in there and charge it. But the phone is just too big and the cubbie is just too small.

Just fine for me. Only problem I've found is I exit the vehicle more frequently without my phone now. Need to go back and get it. But when I walk back, I get to look at my truck. :D

pure magic to me. i have a note 3 and didnt have the samsung wireless charging back so i bought one from tylt. just sticks on the battery and bam wireless charging. mine works quickly too. faster than standard chargers, only the fatty charger plug it came with is quicker. my only 2 gripes: gets very hot especially when about fully charged which leads me to gripe 2. it turns back on at 99% and off at 100% then back on at 99% both turning on my phones screen and causing it to get hot. minor complaint though

Note 3, S6, and currently S7, all charge just as good in the truck as on the samsung wireless charger you can buy separate.. if its positioned the right way with a reasonably thin case, it charges as it its on a normal setting (maybe our trucks will come with a wireless fast charger in the future) so if im on a longer trip it gets my phone charged up to a 100 as i listen to pandora thru bluetooth, or just doesnt let the battery drop below what it originally had on the shorter trips. If i dont use any apps on the phone when its charging its roughly 8% charge every 10 minutes. The s7 is much better then the note 3 and s6 where the feature really was a gimmick imo. And yes im on my third phone in the span of 2 months.... they both suffered terrible fates...

iPhone 6s Plus. I use a plug in adapter. I leave it in my truck and stick it to the back of my phone case when I want to use it. Gets about 10-12% charge on a 10 minute drive while using Bluetooth.

Galaxy S4 with the Samsung wireless charging caseback works just fine with my charger. I use it everyday so it's not a gimmick to me.

Tire of being tethered to the USB port in my 1st gen.
