If you're on Instagram, check out @SpartanXTaco he seems to be getting nice articulation with the stock springs.

MemberHoosiertaco06 has the shackle flip with new 3+1 Toyota packs, then he added the Icon 3 leaf AAL, check out his posts #377 & #528

Just ordered. Plan on running it with Dakars and the B110 that I have on. What is the height of the bumpstops everyone been running with the B110s? Thanks @ARCHIVE . Can't wait to receive the parts.

Decided to join the club, drove down to North Carolina to pick up this 2005 4x4 Double Cab short bed 6 speed.
I think I'll name him Henry in honor of Ernest Henry Shackleton, Henry Hudson, and Henry rifles.
In addition to an adventure vehicle, Henry will serve as a development platform as well. I'm excited for the coming adventures.

After undercoating the truck (new frame) to combat salted winter roads in Buffalo, one of the first mods will be to throw one of these flip kits under there and see what its like on my own vehicle.

@ARCHIVE Got the kit yesterday. Very well put together.. Fit and finish are peefect. Huge pain in the ass to install. My recommendation is to drill a pilot hole then chase it with a unibit. The only complaint I have so far, and it's not at the kit specifically is the rear end in the truck doesn't feel tight anymore. I was expecting that with any flip. It is a truck and not a Sportscar.
About a 3/4 inch lift with the 4 inch shackle with Dakars and B110s. The B110s are cutting it close so some extended kings are in the future.

Again a very well put together kit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Thank you @ARCHIVE Thanks @bobsuruncle for convincing me to go with this kit over ATO kit.

Alex, Thanks for the order, the positive feedback, and the candid review. I think I understand what you are saying about feeling the rear end roll more, I experienced the same on my Dodge when I initially installed my first ever flip kit (still truckin) on it, because the suspension actually moved, so I felt some roll.
You are on the stiffest spring packs out there so maybe it wasn't flexing much. Most of the owners who mention the more compliant ride are on OME Dakars.
    Thanks,
    Eric

Still thinking best course on relocation.

The SUA kit has not been installed yet by anyone. I'm 99.9% confident it will be great, so I'm willing to sell you one, if you want to be first I'll give you a deal, message me.
My truck will get SUA conversion but probably not til spring, because I want to save springs from a harsh winter and it's close to winter already.

So my shackle is inverting at full droop. OME Dakars. Would my best bet be to move the bracket forward and dril alll new holes?

Yes. Drill forward 3/4" to 1" and you'll benefit a lot. It will sacrifice some lift, but will optimize your use from the shackle kit.

The truck looks great, and your shackle going past vertical isn't a terrible situation, but drilling the new holes for 45 degrees does seem to be working out well for Dakars
