Yeah, the roof is even worse. Every time I'm up there washing it 'bong-bwong'. Always makes me think of this, starting at the 5:42 mark:

I know you are in Moab but what was your opinion on these or did they depart with the truck prior to analysis?

I think they are in a box in his garage right now waiting for his new front bumper. I saw them turned on once and they are super bright but we never got a chance to do any comparisons. I have talked with a few people that runs these lights and they all seem to love them.

Apparently you're not allowed to pump your own gas in Oregon.

Holy balls that's a nope. They get really pissed if you do though when I was on my motorcycle it was even worse. I couldn't swipe my card myself they HAD to do it. Thankful they always let me pump the gas after that point. The bike's tanks (there were 2) were a bit finicky, if you filled them up the wrong way gas would splash out and all over the bike's paint during filling.

Still annoyed the crap out of me. In a rural area in eastern OR the general store/gas station clerk didn't really care though which was a nice change from Portland and the more populated areas.

I didn't know what was going on when some kid ran up to my window asking what gas I wanted. I just stared at him blankly.

Yeah I got yelled at the first two times I got gas my first time there. I thought to myself "What the fuck is this shit?" and proceeded to swipe my own card. Then finally the second gas station attendant explained it to me.
