Customizing Start Up Screen Issues

I'm having a problem uploading custom images for the Start Up/Screen Off for some reason. I've read everything I could find in the manual and online and it still won't upload. I've saved specific case-sensitive folder names (StartupImage and DisplayOffImage) as well as the specific size (under 5MB) of the file and extension it is saved as (jpg.,jpeg.,etc...). Any help would be awesome, I have a '15 Tacoma PreRunner DCSB with the XSP-X package. The Entune system that is installed is the Entune Audio Plus (I think, it's the best Entune option w/o navigation).
