    This is it. It plugs into the back of the radio and hides up behind the dash. You plug an aux cable into it & run it out somewhere. I drilled a hole in the back of one of my cup holders to run the cable. Easy install. It should work in an 05. Fits multiple years models of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
