This was a very nice write up, I truly enjoyed your feedback. Also really like the vette, almost pulled the trigger on a new z06 but at the time dealers thought they had gold in those cars, asking sometimes over sticker.

My husband got a 15 Stingray, prior to the new Z06s coming out. He was a little disappointed when the Z06 came out, thought he maybe shoulda waited.

Well until one of his buddies let him take his Z06 w/Z07 pkg. Hubby said it has too much power for,it's design. Impossible to push at the limit and keep it on the track. Think he said it needs a way bigger spoiler to push the ass end down, otherwise it gets away from you too easily. Even with all the Nannies.

Now he's waiting to test drive the 17 ZL1 Camaro. Same engine, same HP & torque (650&650). He said hopefully it's designed to be able to put the power down and push it to its limit without leaving the track.

I have a 13 now, 6M, and from launch to No Lift Shifting thruma couple gears, all I can say is Wow! Fun Fun Fun!

Without a question it is too much power to truly enjoy it but that's the part I like. Haha. Yea I had a 2014 4door cts-v 6speed that had around 700 hp. That thing was a bit much but at least the cars weight allowed for a little more traction. Knew it was time to sell it when I almost totaled racing a new 911 turbo s doing 150mph. Looked in the back seat and saw by sons empty car seat, after that I put the for sale sign on the car and within 2 weeks it was gone.

It was the same motor as your zl1, just a few extra mods.

I hear ya, we all seem to have one of those moments.

Mine is just pushing over 600, slightly modified. Lots of cosmetic mods, all blackout, side markers and taillights, badges ect....oh, and those chrome lugs are now black too.

I do have the Noweeds Exhaust Diverters, keep the preset button at about 15/20% open. But Watch Out when I Go WIDE OPEN. Crazy Loud, and at Wide Open Throttle at nite you can see the flames coming out the sides! Frigg'n Insanely Cool!!! Hahaha.

Oh, forgot to mention, the Porsche 911 Turbo S......THAT'S MY DREAM CAR
    0 to 60 in 2.7 seconds!

I have it all Built on their build site. We did the Porsche Driving Experience in Atlanta, and plan on going again. My first time and attempt at drifting. Now I'm hooked!

Yeah, there was a guy here in town that had a camaro with 007 on the side. He was racing a charger, I think, when he hit a woman pulling out of her neighborhood at about 100 mph. She's dead and he's in prison.

    Nice review, OP.

If you're upgrading the audio, I suggest sound-deadening the interior, too - it'll make as much difference (if not more than) the speaker upgrade.

Ohhhh, I assumed all cars just did it automatically and they all had the heat symbol on the mirror. At least my last car did. Thanks!

    Hey OP..
Donald, it's nice to see another Old Fart on here that has the same ideas as me.... I loved my 2006 Sport Taco, 4X4... (Yes @Joe23 we old guys like the Sport) .....only thing in 10 years that broke was an alternator... I had the Silver colour and so did 20 other guys in this small town. I got a great trade in value after 10 yrs....
Hey your 2015 was a real nice truck also..!!

This time, I opted for the Inferno (had the silver)... other colours did not turn me on...
I used to get maybe 3 compliments per yr. on the silver one... the inferno gets me 3 per day... people just love it, or is it that they like that colour but they don't have the guts to buy and drive one...?? Hard to say.

There's nothing wrong with this my truck other than a few little things... I fixed them myself so it's done right.

I'm going to the grave with this one likely....

Good to here you got the inferno..!!:canada:
