Somebody mentioned that Lacy's Alignment is good.

East Coast Gear Supply near Raleigh is great for regearing.

There is group meeting up near concord mills this weekend I think. You can find the group "Queen City Off Road Toyotas" on Facebook.

I'm in Ballantyne. Still so new I'm not sure where Concord Mills is but I can google it.

Thanks for the SC link. Good info there as well.

East Coast Gear Supply has been on my radar for a while and now that I'm in NC I've decided to get my kit from them this week so I can hopefully get some power back after the lift and 33's. After I get the gears replaced I will check out Lacy's for an alignment. Thanks to all for the info. I look forward to meeting you all or seeing you on the trails soon.

Hi everyone, I'm still pretty new to the boards. I live south of Charlotte, down around the outlet stores near Shopton road. Only done visual mods so far. Anybody have good advice on where to find some good trails to ride with a stock rig? Willing to travel. Richland road looks cool but don't know how well stock would do.

Well I finally did it and pulled the trigger on a re-gear by ECGS. The people there were great and were able to get me in and out in about 4.5 hours. Honestly the roundtrip commute took longer, especially going through their break-in procedure on the way back from Raleigh to Charlotte. Initial impressions are that gas mileage is better (closer to stock) and that take-of power is better. Now Lacy's (as recommended by fellow members) is doing a much needed alignment on Thursday so I should be good to go soon after. Spending this coming weekend doing the dreaded sound deadening work. With that...I am cleaning out some stuff that I have laying around. OEM carpet floor mats - free if you want them. If I have any left over sheets of Noico sound deadening mat I will be willing to part with that too. I will also be selling my OME 90000 front shocks and 886 coils with about 9000 miles on them later in the week after I swap in my toytec 2.5s prior to the Lacy's alignment. . I will post photos soon, but let me know if there is any interest. I look forward to meeting some of you guys soon. Already enjoying living in Charlotte. Much better then where I came from.

My first born.... well feels like that after paying off the credit card. $1900 - 4.56 front and rear, and their bushing to replace the needle bearing in the front clamshell (and it works!!!)
