Yeah, they're great. I actually like the tackier feel of the Husky liners as opposed to WetherTech's. The flexibility seems to let them sit in the footwell more nicely.

At first, it was a little weird when I had the clutch pedal all the way down since it was kinda mushy under it. But it's really no big deal anymore.

17" Method Grid Titanium rims w/ Pro Comp Sport A/T 265/70/17 tires, Mobtown Offroad ribbed Tailgate skin, installed LED lights in painted rear bumper black, faux TRD grill, color match grill surround. LEDs in map, license plate, center console, and dome lights. Anytime driving lite mod, debadged, vent visors, AA Maglite mounted under center console armrest. Antitheft hose clamp on tailgate, LED bed lighting kit. LED spot lights in lower front bumper. Weathertech floor mats. Painted various interior parts black, homemade 7 pin relocation bracket, Valet under door LEDS, CMC, SPC UCA, Bilstein 5100, OME 885, Headstrong AAL. Pop&Lock.
Rotated tires, cleaned and inspected brakes. I came to realization that my little roll around car jack just isn't cutting it anymore with the height of this truck. So I guess I'm in the market for a taller shop jack.

A couple days late, but, as a new Tacoma owner (2011 DCSB TRDS), I finally did something to my truck.

Changed the oil (Mobil 1 synth), OEM filter, and put a Fumoto valve on. Best part was having my 10 yr old son helping me. That kid hates to get dirty and washes his hands constantly, lol, but he was hard-core into working on the truck! He was rolling around underneath it with me, holding oil bottles for the re-drain, and all kinds of stuff. He loves it!

Up next will be the 30,000 mile service. Already have OEM plugs and will be buying the oils for the underside stuff soon.

Researching threads here for upgrades. Wheels/Tires, a small lift or level, headlights, grill will probably start it off...once the funds allow. :D

Additionally, as a noob to this site and the Tacoma (and definitely not a "car guy"), I must say you all have posted a wealth of information here. It gives guys like me courage to do a lot of this stuff w/o being raped at a shop! Amazing how simple so much of this stuff is to do on these trucks. Thanks! ;)

Congrats man! I remember earlier in the thread you said you weren't comfortable with a lot of DIY stuff, so this must feel good.

Oldy but a goody... extended diff breather behind the taillight. Something to note, the union was a lot harder to screw into the diff than i thought it would be. Super tight fit. No need for Teflon tape.
