Anybody in here have a surf board they want to get rid of?? Wanting to check out the new surf park, but need a different board than the one I've got.

And that's the power line trail @-dustin . The end of it is a tough hill climb.

 

A hill climb I almost didn't make, but speed cures everything (including traction)

Is Cars and Coffee @ Oasis the only meet? Nothing Tacoma specific?

I really haven't done anything to my Taco (started a new job a month ago after over a year of no full-time job). But I hope to gift myself some sliders for Christmas and then look into a lift, wheels & tires.

I would like to meet some other Taco owners.

 

Where ya at in the ATX? We should do a lunch meet somewhere on a Saturday.

We've done a big lunch before; I organized that last March. There've been some Hidden Falls trips arranged as well. We're a pretty informal bunch, don't stand on ceremony, and certainly aren't prescribing to parliamentary procedure.

Cars and Coffee was cool because we all lined up (except for that F-150 asshat) and showed truck solidarity in a sea of classics, exotics, racers, and ricers. Was actually pretty fun. I'd be down for doing that again, but making a barbecue or some such out of it.

There've been some joint Facebook group meets between Austin and San Antonio that were cool. LOTS of trucks in those pics.

I've added you to the master list in the OP. If you ever feel froggy and want to organize something, just give a shout out to the group and we'll see what sticks.

 

My house is east of campus on MLK. New job is at Kramer and Metric. This Saturday I had a tournament in San Marcos and then Halloween parties. Sunday would work though.

As I mentioned before I had tried to meet before but in previous years I had work and coaching which left very little time to meet. I was in a FB group for TW Austin people but got kicked for never making a meet...I wasn't active enough...
