Interested in this kit. Crom said he wished he would have done this lift.

Best bang for the buck on front suspension right now in my opinion. I have had them since they came out and i think they work great.

That's about the max lift I want in the front but with the 4x4 it may settle some....I'm still debating between the 3rd and 4th setting. And I'll be going 5125's in the rear as I don't need RRs.

Guys just to let you know the 6112 struts have 600lb springs stock. So it you plan to put a heavy steel bumper and winch. Think different. I wish I did. I now got to try some 700lb springs to help with the added weight.

I will be running the standard springs until I get a steel bumper and winch....then I will be calling Wheelers to order a set or Eibach 700# springs.

How did the 700's turn out? How much lift? At what setting? And approx how much extra weight do you have up front?

I got them mounted Wednesday and I gained over 1" over the last springs. And I have a arb bumper with a winch. So easy 180lbs or more on the front.

Glad to hear.....so you're back up to where you should have been if you didn't have the bumper/winch?

I'm not back 100" because I would be at 3" but I'm roughly close. It's still a heavy bumper setup. To me it rides the same as 600lb coils. I posted a picture of how it sets

Looks good! I assume you have the new springs on the 4th notch as you did with the old ones?

Hey guys. I got this from another post here on TW. Why in the world are the 6112 shorter than the 5100?
I have the 6112 @ 4th notch. Super impressed by them but, I did feel the travel wasn't all there up front..so this is what I found. I did not measure mine before putting them on the truck but are these the ext. and coll. lengths?

Well, the extra (less) collapsed length of the 5100's doesnt really help as in my measurements there is still about 1 inch of unused shock at full bump with the 5100's Which would mean there would still be unused shock on the 6112's but not quite as much. Droop amount is right around the same.
