I have not had much luck with the search option...
Has anyone found a Sac-area shop that is good with vinyl wraps? I am looking to have my hood done to cut the glare and change-up the look a bit.
    Thanks!

Thanks Mike! Got a quote from them yesterday and hoping to go there after the 1st to get it done. Going to drive by there this afternoon to "preview" there work as well. And who knows; if all goes well, maybe I'll end up with a full wrap sometime soon... maybe an all yellow with black accents, or perhaps something in a medium/dark gray with accents.

No problem, not sure about pricing, but they did an awesome job on my wife's jeep.

I went over there this past week and I had my hood and roof wrap quoted at ~$1K... ~$3K for the entire truck. But I think you're paying a lot of overhead for the facility and equipment they are maintaining. They are definitely aimed at the commercial advertising sector. Can you say tax write-off?

For those of us who actually have to pay for it, there is a company in Pleasanton that quoted me $525 for the hood and roof. Another member of the forum had his hood done there, and it looked great.

    Pretty much stock
Looking at ordering an OME kit for my stock 2001 V6 4X4 TRD Xtra cab. I live between Sac and Reno (Auburn). Any advice on where I can get it installed by a reputable place that won't charge an arm and a leg? I'd love to do it myself, but that's not an option.

An OME install is pretty basic and common, so I would recommend a place on Locksley Lane near the airport called Master Technicians. Give them a call and see if they will do it.

    https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-master-technicians-auburn-2

I used them only one a long time ago for a major service on my 96 4x4 pickup (stock) and I was thoroughly impressed by cost and their professionalism. After years of never finding a satisfactory place in Sac, I was willing to take this long drive to give them a try.

Since then, I've been doing most everything myself on my last two trucks.

    Sounds like a strip joint.

@916TacoTruck ... What's up, Mike. Thanks again for your help with my UCA install last year. Hope that bed mat is still working for ya.

Life is good. Definitely different out here in the midwest, though. lol

I'll just say that growing up in CA, you take a lot for granted.

Hope the family is doing well.
