Nitto Trail Grappler Review

i have recieved a few pm's about the trail grapplers so i'd thought i'd make a short review.

i now have about 10,000 miles on them and they show no sign of wear. i have taken them mud bogging, dunes, and desert wheeling.

MUD-they performed flawlessly and cleaned out extremely well. i was surprised how good they did. there is a decent mud pit that my buddies dodge in 4wd with an a/t barely made it in 4wd where i made it easily in 2wd

SAND- being a m/t they do tend to dig a little but being smart while driving these tires are awesome and let some air out and they will go anywhere in sand

ROCK- the side wall is extremely strong and being 10ply helps. they grap extremely well on rocks and really impressed me

STREET-this is what blew my mind, coming from mud grapplers these are extremely quiet! they ride very well and my truck has no vibrations. of course there is some whine from them but nothing annoying

SNOW- i just cruised down a forest service road, they did fine. but still not much ecperience with them in the snow. sorry guys

these will be my next tire without a doubt but it wont be for a while with how well these are lasting

 

Nice review. Thanks. I have Goodyear Kevlars and have the exact same to say about these. only difference, i only have about 5000 miles on mine, but they seam to be holding up real good.

 

i really like those too, i saw them on a jeep and they looked really good in person!

i was able to get 30k on my terra grapplers..they still had 10k or so left on them before i traded in.
almost went with the Nitto MT, but couldnt pass the deal i got on the bfg's.

 

i love the look of the bfg's, they look like the crawler, badass

 

Nice review! How are they balancing out? Any issues? How is the wet traction?

 

they balance fine for a mud terrain, so far so good on wet traction, havent had a problem yet with them, cant wait to see how they do in snow this winter!

 

I'm also waiting for snow this winter and see how they do. The km2s look badass and everything I dont have any bad say on them, just I see them only like every truck and suv that has mts they are km2s lol. Gotta switch it up a little bit!

What pressure is eveyone using? Door is 29psi front and back, while max on tire is 60. I've been using trial and error and currently at about 39psi. Can anyone respond with whereabouts they are?
