Parking lights on 07?

my 2011 taco had the inner most parking lights on all the time, but my 2007 doesn't. Is this an issue with a blown/removed fuse or did the 07s not come standard with the illuminated parking lights? I like the look of it. Thanks.

 

Did you figure out the answer to this? I have an 08 and parking lights are the tiny outermost lights. The bigger inner lights only work with signal. I'd like to know if that's normal on 08's or not, and if so, is there a mod to get inner yellow lights on for parking lights. Always see other tacos with the inner yellow lights on. Definitely looks better.

 

The inner lights are the DTRLs. Not all trucks came with this option. You can wire them up to come on with the parking lamps.
