Got the platform and rack put together today. Barbell and weights tomorrow and still need to order/find a bench

 

So much volume today... all letters that are the same (A's B's and C's) are done as supersets/giant sets like 40 sets total including warmup

 

Well, I'm making progress back to healthy. I was actually able to do back tonight without too much discomfort. Couldn't do that last week. And deadlifts. Couldn't do that. Worked up to 365 for a single.

Would've commented sooner but I had to google what AHAP meant and every link tried to get me to commit to crossfit before it would tell me

How long did that take you? Chest/Shoulders/Back seems like a lot all at once

Well, 365 wasn't exactly easy, and that sucks when you were once at 405.

 

Ok guys. New #'s. I can squat 225, and DL 225, and bench 225. So in the 675 club at least. I didn't max out but I'm probably over 700. I ran out of energy. C4 1 scoop isn't cutting it for these heavy days....ugh..

 

Weighed in at 209 again this morning. I ate 3900 calories for 2 weeks straight and my weight never moved. Time to go to 4400 calories!

meal 1: 5 eggs, Lucky Charms, 12 oz oj, 8 oz whole milk, 1 pop tart
meal 2: protein pasta w/ Parmesan cheese, turkey patty, 2 mini chocolate-covered donuts, peanuts
meal 3: ham sand w/ 3 slices ham, 1 slice cheese, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, 16 oz v8, 1 can ravioli
meal 4: 2 scoops whey, banana, 1 serving mixed frozen berries, 8 oz whole milk, fiber bar
meal 5: pot roast: 8 oz pork roast, 1 whole red potato, 1 cup carrots, 1 serv cream of chicken
meal 6 (bedtime meal): Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter <---cheaper and tastes better than casein

4390 calories, 270 p, 475 c, 165 f...Not crazy about the high fat content, but I need the calories to gain dee weight

No kidding. Back is my toughest workout. I give it its own day usually.

I bet you can probably squat and dl more than that unless you just neglect legs. Most people can deadlift more than they squat and can squat more than they bench. Just bite the bullet and have a max week...just don't try to max out on each in the same day.

My cousin played soccer in college and tore his twice. Sadly, he didn't make a full recovery until like 6-8 months. I think a torn ACL is something you want to let heal COMPLETELY before you start trying to be active again.

Nothing a can of ravioli can't fix. 440 calories and loaded with potassium

 

Also, doing legs this afternoon after work. Our friends had a baby Sun night, so we were at the hospital until like 1am, so I caught up on sleep yesterday and today and skipped the gym. Gonna either max on squats or deads...probably deads.

So, do I order myprotein or bodytech???????????

I liked it a lot and it was cheap, but myprotein is really cheap...I just don't want it to taste like shit.
