Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
I had a pop on mine that went away with a 1.25" Spidertrax spacer on the front end. I'm not sure what caused it but I can turn full tilt and hit bumps again.

Interesting. I don't have any sounds when I hit bumps. How did you end up putting a spacer up front?

    Just got my truck back.
Indeed the LCA bolts were not torqued enough and the alignment was also slightly off.
Realigned and retorqued the bolts.....no more pop.

So after checking out my taco this weekend I am assuming for now that the LCA bushing is toast. It's popped twice in 2-3 months and I can't find anything else. The boot to the tie rod end does have a tear but there is no play in the tire and the alignment seems good. There's no vibration in the steering wheel while driving yada yada so I'm going as is on my climbing trip and if something happens maybe I'll put out the taco signal if needed in the southwest region. Thanks for all the ideas and if something solid comes up I'll update the thread. Thanks!

I have exactly this issue. Any danger of catastrophic failure or can it wait till I go LT? It's been like that for probably 6 months now.

As long as the LCA bolt is intact then the only damage that I see that can happen is your tires will get chewed up.

The bolts are in good shape, properly torqued and not frozen. Alignment is both good and adjustable. The LCA cam tabs were totally folded over by some tech at Firestone when doing the alignment a while back but it hasn't caused an issue. The bushing is just totally shot.
