Take the little mud flap off from the front of the wheel well, that's where they tend to rub...

Actually I noticed a very small spot on the "main" mud flap that was a little shiny. This spot sits just a little closer than the rest of the flap. I assume that is where I get a very slight rub but only when turning hard and going over a dip in the road at the same time. It's probably due to the aggressive side lug pattern on the tires.

Just curious would a tire size 265 70 r17 fit on these 17inch trd pro. Reason I'm asking is it got told you got to be careful on some of these tires that are made for 17s that they won't fit.

Yes. They will fit but you can always check the tire manufacturer's suggested rim size for a given tire size.

That is the stock size on the 4 Runner that comes with these wheels. I also have them on my 4Runner with 265/70 KO2's and they are amazing.

Hey tacoma brothers quick question I'm getting rid of my 4 inch lift. I'm getting a 6 inch lift. Any suggestions of a good quality 6 inch lift. I won't be going off road with it most of the time because we're I live. Mainly just mall crawling like alot of you say ( not by choice) there's not a whole lot of woods were I live. Just being truthful.

That looks awesome! I have those wheels ordered. Haven't picked tires yet. And have the Icon AAL on the rear with 5100's and OME coils up front! Will post a pic soon

Any issues running these on your 2016? Do they require any kind of adapter or new lug nuts from the stock wheels? I ask because I just put these on mine and it rides terrible. Bouncy and vibrating badly in the seat and steering wheel. Thanks.

that sounds like a balancing issue. i just got this same setup installed this morning at Discount Tire and they told me to come back if I had those issues - saying it was directly correlated with balancing.

Because of the tires, in C load, they actually added some small weights in the inside of my wheels to balance properly. I have never heard of this, but the guy at Discount Tire said it was pretty common for LT Tires.

Thanks! Pretty happy with the stance.

Running bilstein 5100s set to 0 with eibach "heavy duty" coils - I believe the coils have a 620lb spring rate and give roughly 2.5" in the front. Light racing upper control arms. In the rear I am running wheelers off-road progressive add a leaf with the stock overloads and Old Man Emu shocks. I think that gave me around 1.5"-2" in rear. Don't quote me on any of those heights because I forgot to measure beforehand.
