No rubbing what so ever. I have Toyo Tires which I got from tread depot for a decent price

    Announcement

Starting with our mid November shipment, all SR8 wheels will now feature a matte black lip as opposed to the discontinued gloss black finish. This will allow for easier color matching for those that off-road or if you're a hard mall crawler :D.

Here is a reference photo of the new matte black lip.

Any chance a there will be a machined lip on the bedlock ever again or was that a one time thing?

Are both those pictures of the matte lip? Or is it meant to be a comparison?

    Sorry, but I'm blind lol

That limited finish will come and go throughout the year.

It's the same wheel in both photos showing a matte black lip. It was a little tricky trying to capture the matte sheen finish.

As in the last 2 months or next year? Plan on upgrading around tax time, should I wait or buy early?

We have this coming in a couple of weeks.

Otherwise, you just have to wait and see. I don't release any info on the limited runs until they go into production.

Damn you Vin, damn you. Last question the Ray 10s don't fit the TRD center cap like the SR8s do they?

Final answer so I can attend to other members:rofl:

Both the SR8 and Ray10 will accept the TRD center caps.

That's all I need to know for now. Just have to decide between F5s, SR8s and Ray 10s :frusty: :annoyed:

I've got the color down, I hope :help:

But I want the machined lip too, if I knew for sure there was going to be another round of those it'd be a no brainer ha

Gotcha, I go back and forth on Gunmetal or Bronze for my SW on a weekly basis since I've been waiting on this shipment. Gunmetal is conservative, but Bronze just pops on white. I'll probably stick with my gut and get gunmetal.

Just have your $$$ ready and jump on it right away. I waited a long time to get my rims cause I wasn't ready. But I think the SR8's in gunmetal with a machined lip look awesome

Which is why I want to wait TBH, rather have SR8 over Ray 10s
