    They're stupid. I'm aggravated as hell, they won't inspect the vehicle before next week. I thought State Farm was supposed to be "good?" Gotta love that we can't take our discounts to other providers or there might be real incentive to actually have good customer service!

    That ain't how it works. State Farm is going to either pay as much as they want to pay (how much they valued it during their estimate), or, send it to their shop with their guy looking at it and fix it up there. You can't just get an estimate at a different shop and expect State Farm to pay for all brand new sheet metal and doors.
