@Torspd any other items you see me needing for the upcoming installs? New header gasket or studs or anything else?

You have the gauges squared away, yes?

The dual layer steel head-header gaskets are reusable. Inspect them before buying new ones. Yours are much newer than mine, and I have still been able to reuse mine without leaks, in a pressurized exhaust system.

Which fuel pump did you get?

The new injectors may or may not come with insulators. The lower "o-rings". If not, then inspect and order if necessary. They create loud hissing vacuum leaks when they don't seat and seal properly.

Copper antiseize for the oem WRAF & O2 sensors, as well as the new AFR sensor. As well as the exhaust bolts.

The URD heavy duty header to Y-pipe gaskets. Those things are the best on the market. Multi-use.

All that I can think of for now. Unless you want ARP head-to header nuts. 8mm × 1.25 pitch.

The fuel pump is one that I picked up from here but was a URD replacement a few years ago. Also the kit comes with one for it.

Do you have a close up of your grill? Hmm. On second thought, your grill will have to be altered. Since the intercooler won't fit with a recessed grill.

Oh good, glad to hear it. Well...if you have bubbles in the system or coolant spraying under the hood the air in the system has to be coming in from somewhere and since it it a sealed system you just have to narrow down leaks. Here's a few things to look at :

    • My coolant rest drain plug was dried out and leaking a bit.
    • Small hose from the radiator to the resi was dried out and not sealed up good too.
    • If the radiator cap is worn out it can allow too much coolant to flow into the resi and then it overflows right next to the resi cap.
When I was trouble shooting it I started by adding hose clamps to the drain cap and resi hose...but it was still spraying under the hood and that's when I saw fluid residue at the overflow hole next the the resi cap.
