Thanks for your input on the 5 leaf. Sounds like your level anyways. I personally want a little rake while loaded.

I'm considering Dakars with feedback I've been getting. Would like to hear more experiences on All Pro packs or Expos though.

Bilstein/Icon 2" suspension lift with wheelers 5 leaf springs, 7-pin relocate through bumper, bfg KO2s, redline hood struts, immryo mirror relocation, stubby antenna, dipped emblem, heated mirrors, Jason trek cap, led fogs, debadged
If I had to do it again, I'd go with the dakars, bilstein 5160's and 5100s up front with OME 885 coils. I spent about half of what that setup would cost, so I'm not exactly kicking myself.

Happy with my Dakars with the 3rd leaf removed. Here's a shot with about 500lbs in the bed.

Thanks for your comments, Dakars are looking promising for me.

I've read on here of folks removing the 3rd leaf from the pack. What exactly did you net from this if you don't mind me asking? The 500lbs in the bed, does this include your shell? Or is the shell added fat for a total of say around 700?

    Good looking truck BTW.

Thanks. Removing the 3rd leaf reduced the lift. I ended up with just over 2" of lift with this setup and a lot more down travel.

The 500lbs includes the shell and bedrug, an outboard motor, fuel and battery for the boat, other misc fishing and boating gear, recovery equipment and tools, and a cooler.

Thanks for the insight. How does the 500lbs affect your >2" lift (how much does she squat loaded)? She looks level in your picture.

Squat with that load is minimal....probably around 1/4"

For comparison, when I was running the stock non-tsb offroad 2+1 pack and that same load would make the truck bro lean noticeably and I'd be hitting bump stops on speed bumps

Well if that's the case, it could be my solution as well. I just don't want to remove it and end up adding it back later due to settling or squatting more when loaded. Thanks.

I kept them so I can add them back if needed but I don't think I'll need them since my goal with the suspension wasn't a huge lift. I just wanted better on and off-road performance, more travel, and better payload handling.

I wish I had either pulled out the top overload or not added the AAL. My truck is higher than I'd prefer in the rear by .5 - 1". If I hadn't done the AAL, I could have added any needed lift with air.
