AP rock sliders and skid plates tubbed fenders bestop custom snorkel race seats front and rear bumper custom tail lights. Trd shocks and coil, rear helper spring, retro encabulator.
I have trd suspension on my reg cab to help with the wieght of bumper and skid plates. It was $70 10k miles on em. I figure it will get me by until I can afford 4 link and lt. No badging appeared on my bed sides, but if it does I'll be sure to scrape it off while wheelinstomp on it shoot it burn it and bury it just to be safe!!

Funny, the first thing I did to my TRD OR was take the TRD sticker off.

It's easy to check though either you can look underneath and do a package check, or TRDs are high performance which always means they are light weight which we all know only happens if you make it out of wood. We know wood floats and so does a duck, so if your truck weighs the same as a duck it must be a TRD!IMG_0599.jpg

well, back in the day of the original 5.0 you would have similar horsepower so you are not "posing" in the extreme. What the 80's mustang GT's put out a whopping 284HP with the optional 5.ohhhh :)

Hold up, this was posted to another thread a while back. The VIN says it's a TRD Pro:

Where can I get base parts? My stock stereo is fine with midrange and treble but seriously lacks that hard hitting boom.

Not even close. The F150 Ford 5.0L (302 cci) was rated as:
    1981-1984: 135HP / 243 ft.lb
    1985-1993: 185HP / 270 ft.lb

    source: http://www.f150hub.com/specs/302.html
135HP may have been decent back in the 80s and I'm sure the "5.0" sticker impressed high school kids. But it's kind of a joke compared to the 2nd gen 1GR-FE's 236hp/260ft.lb.

    Bingo.

What's next? Should I remove my front plate or not? Oh wait, that actually is a topic over there.
