Why risk putting more shell in there doing that? Spoon for me.

I am married to one that can't decide. I learned my lesson very early in our marriage. Took her to the store shopping, and I kept saying 'this is good', 'I can make this with this' and many other ideas. She said yes and then that night, none of it was anything she wanted to eat. Ended up wasting a lot of food but learned my lesson. I have to shop every couple days, I make a lot to freeze and can so I am prepared.

Today is her birthday so she did put her breakfast and dinner order in early, plus the cake...

One of the things I do in the late morning is to check our pantry and see what I can make for dinner. I get all the dry goods out and ready, thaw anything if needed, ready to eat soon as the Mr gets home. I usually pick 4-5 recipes out before heading to the store and buy what I don't have on hand for all of them in one trip.

Last nights easy peasy dinner. Chicken broccoli quiche

Making another one today for wife's birthday. Duncan Hines for the win  Use the recipe on the side panel, use's one more egg and a package of vanilla pudding. I use the liquid from the pineapple can instead of water, like the pineapple pieces so you get more and use walnuts since we love them.

Looks good, I have a great basic quiche recipe that I cook in the pellet smoker, sometimes a layer of cauliflower and broccoli in the bottom, doubles as my chili rellenos casserole.

Yes, real men make quiche and love cats..... Have the t-shirt too.

You've already proven a lack of finesse by putting shells in there in the first place :D

not necessarily...its really dependent on how the eggshell breaks sometimes its clean break sometimes it just crushes...unless you have big sausage fingers and mash the eggshell everytime....
