    Did legs this afternoon. I've kept my wrist straps on top of the refrigerator that's in this private room in the gym for a year or so and now they're gone...I looked everywhere and couldn't find them :pout: Had to do deadlifts without straps, so it wasn't pretty

    squats: 135x10, 225x8, 275x6, 315x2, 225x8
    deadlifts: 225x10, 275x8, 315x4, 365x1, 405x1 (I feel like I could've gotten 365 4-5 times and 405 maybe one more time, but my weak-ass grip wouldn't allow it. I'm thinking I'm gonna ditch straps forever and work on grip strength.
    leg extensions: 4 sets
    lying leg curls: 4 sets
    leg extension machine/seated leg curl machine: 4 sets (superset)
    calves & abs

    Someone ate a peanut butter and JELLY sandwich for lunch

    Go eat a Snickers

    I'm gonna try it. How long did you say it took to get here?
