even if you were to change lanes she would be at fault. pulling out of a drive way to merge into traffic... shes at fault no doubt

I would like to have my new truck in the Mica Green like my 09 is. Love that color, in fact I think I had to pay extra when I got it because of the color.

If anyone here totals their double cab taco sport, I need the drivers side back glass. Some jackwagon thought it would be cool to dig at mine with a razor blade (or something sharp enough to scratch it).

They always pull that crap. They think that because you aren't there to call them a liar, that they'll get away with it.

Yes, $23 will get you a phone holder, but sometimes I need to use my phone and get calls, and that will instantly stop the recording till you can pull over and start it again. Or for a little more you can get a cheap dash cam like the G1W for $50 sometimes less. Picked one up on Amazon almost two years ago for $45 and it's still going strong. Though the date resets when the battery dies. Pop in a 32GB SD card and it'll record for many hours, easy enough to pull the footage off in the event of a crash (done that) or for insurance when the other party lies and you have hard evidence (did that too with my wreck). Very handy and always on.

Or just to post people doing dumb things...
Like this, or this. Or people who don't know what a merge lane is (from my Tundra). :annoyed:

Anyway, at least I know I'm not alone on here, I swear this truck has been bad luck since the week I got it. Never a single issue with my Tundra for 5 years and 100,000 miles and now people hit me, I've been pulled over twice for completely stupid reasons and It's back in the shop for a third time for the same issue Toyota has been refusing to fix. I smell an arbitration coming for those dang squeaking springs. Anywhoo, sorry for your losses lads. :hattip:

Grab yourself a dash cam, cheap investment and it will always show the truth as far as who is or isn't at fault. I have been running one for about three years now and it keeps drivers honest! Or at least they realize there crappy driving habits are being recorded.

So they are replacing the drive shaft and rear axle. They'll be replacing the U-bolts too. Guess I'll get my zerks and u-bolts taken care of. I still hadn't gotten to them. The insurance company said no to the rear passenger bed side panel, but I'm going to be pushing for that cause there's curved bend with a crumple in the back part of the fender area that I doubt can be restored properly without some definite weakness and future rust potential. Still haven't heard from my Ins. co. about Geico admitting fault yet.
