I bought some from Chad. Had some fit issues. He responded quickly each time. Wan't happy it didn't fit like stated but he worked with me. So customer service for me has been sport on. But I have two Thule bike racks up there, that is all and they cross bars have bowed already. Bars need to be boxed I think just not strong enough. I want to mount four bike racks on it but not sure if it will be strong enough. Dealing with 5k mountain bikes I don't take chances of it failing on the Highway. I the bikes are going to be wrecked it's going to be by me crashing it.

Pricing is likely going to be between $300 and $350, and that will include powder coat.

Powder coat will be a copper color for the uprights, and gun metal gray for the crossbars. These will be the nicest thing on your truck.

Yes please on black up rights. IMHO, it will go better with the current color schemes.

The crossbars are incredibly strong. I stood right in the middle of one (210 lbs). It deflected only very slightly.

The crossbar and the upright "interlock" with each other, totally eliminating any lateral motion, meaning whatever you put on them won't sway from side to side.

We use two T-nuts per upright, so there is no rocking fore and aft.

To lift your cover, simply unscrew the knobs on the crossbar, and lift the bar out of the way.

    Pic's!!!!

    Looks awesome!

If I could get a measurement of clearance I would really appreciate it. How much room is there between the bottom of the crossbar (or lowest point of the bar when it is mounted) and the top of the side cap on the bed? Trying to figure out if my roll up cover will clear underneath if I want to leave the cross bars on and roll it up all the way. Thanks.

From the top of the side rail cap, the the bottom of the crossbar, there is 4.5" of clearance.

We purposely designed these lower than the last ones to make it stronger. The higher you make the uprights, the more potential there is for the racks to sway from side to side.
