ok start off by the all pro kit isn't too bad kinda wish I researched other kits prior but that's besides The point. So steering radius is reduced a lot... I can barley make it into parking spots before they hit the stops what's a solution besides grinding the bumps down?

you sure everything is set up right? that kit has regular horizontal uniballs and using the stock spindle.. i cant see the turning radius being to different from stock.. def dont grind down the steering stops.. they are there for a reason.. where are the steering stops hitting on the arm?

Op your explanation makes perfect sense.

The turning radius will be larger than stock with the all-pro kit as the lower control arm is wider than the factory lca just after the spindle. That's the reason competant companies like tc machine special uniball cups, so that they can retain full lock to lock travel. The steering on my 3.5 race kit is actually tighter than factory for this reason.

If you plan on altering the steering stops be sure to pull the coil overs and check for part interference throughout the whole suspension travel. You won't be able to get too much out of it as the arms are wider than they should be.

You can see the difference between the two uniball areas between these arms.

Tc actually modifies the steering stops on the oem balljoint mounts that they ship with their 3.5 race kits

I run the AP LT kit and it is the same as above.. You must trim your stock bump steer points. Here is how I did mine:

^ You have to realize that the TC kit is the same way, its not that it's hit or miss its just that its a requirement for LT kits when using the stock bump stops.

The older LT kit came with a totally different lower uniball adapter. No steering stops whatsoever on it.

The tc kit will still have a better turning radius even if the stops are trimmed on the all pro kit. As it was designed with that issue in mind. It's very clearly illustrated in the two pics above
