What this guy says. Along with the sealant.

The folks over on the Subie forum got going with this stuff. I have never saw a product make a difference in the color of a car before that I could actually see with my eyes.

I use the all-in-one on my widows also.

Detailers domain is a good place, Amazon or wal mart are cheap alternative places allso. I personally hate autogeek ive had a few too many bad experiences with them sending wrong product that i paid for or shit damaged while in shipping and you call them and let them know what happened and there rude as shit about it and couldn't care less after ive spent thousands with those pricks. I detail on the side and ive taken my biz elsewhere.

I'm hoping the weather holds out, my new truck has an ETA of 3rd week of November. I plan on washing/claying/sealing, and then waxing day one!

Plus all my Plasti-Dipping! That'll probably be day three or four. It won't leave the driveway until all is done!

I usually use meguiars ultimate paste wax in warmer months, I just used collinite 845, the next day I used collinite 476s, super double coat, getting it ready for winter. The super double coat is supposed to last a year. Then used 303 aerospace on all black trim and on the interior. It turned out really good, no pics though.

Yep. I used to own my own detailing biz when I lived back in Cali. All of the companies mentioned in this thread sell lots of product and many of them are redundant. For the most part and I'm talking about the enthusiast who likes to keep his trucks clearcoat and paint in great condition, Meguiar's will work just fine and it's easily bought just about anywhere.

I'll order some collinite to detail my trd pro if it ever gets here for the winter time. I am definitely ordering fluid film to coat the underbelly. I'm just not sure if a 6 gallon compressor is okay to use the air gun that comes with the kit.

Is there any advantages to scotch guarding the interior seats? I did this on my Mazda on day one and seven years later the seats still looked great and not sun faded etc. Water always sat on top when opening the door in the rain etc. Just trying to figure out what I should use to protect the seats other than seat covers.

Any suggestions on keeping the dust from accumulating inside the truck (yeah, other than keeping the windows closed... I like fresh air)?

The fluid film I bought was 333 gram spray cans. Do you really need 6 gallons?

The kit comes with 1 gallon of fluid film if I'm correct but it comes with a spay gun similar to the ones for painting cars and I'm not sure if I'm 6 gallon compressor would work to use the spray gun

Still waiting...... Since my truck has yet to arrive I decided to seal, 3 coats, then wax (new finish once a year fake stuff) two coats on my TRD Pro Wheels.

Figured while I have them sitting right in front of me......why not! A lot easier than once they are on the truck.

Hopefully it will make it much easier to clean them, hate that brake dust.

Did some reading on this after seeing your post, and it gets really high marks (supposedly very easy to apply and buff out).....ordered some to try from Autogeek.
