Well wife is moving home to massachusetts in December and I will be deploying again in January and transitioning out in about August next year so I am going to try and sell so I don't have a mortgage for no one living in it.

Timberlake recreation area by fort walton has some nice trails down it. Nothint too crazy, go out the west gate of eglin and take a right, keep going until you pass the hurlburt skeet range road and it'll be just past that

@rjsimz It's pretty hard to remember specific places from looking at google maps for places near you. Best bet is to just drive down 85 and pick a random dirt road.
    30.587600, -86.532634

That looks like a pretty good spot. You can kinda scope stuff out on Google Maps.

I doubt it lol, I have AT&T and it's spotty on when I do and don't. I think Verizon might be the best around here, even then, youll have the same issue out there where you get further out and your signal disappears

Thanks man lol long story short, project car looks like the seller ran low on oil at some point and spun some bearings. I stopped messing with it once I found some metal flakes in the oil pan. Two options are rebuild or buy a new (used) motor, but they're about the same cost at this point lol and I'd have no idea the condition of the motor I'm buying. Need to get the motor pulled and the block taken apart to see how bad it is. Hoping since I caught it relatively early, I'll just need the bearings replaced and crank machined as well as any small(ish) things. I think I learned my lesson lol :frusty:

Being I'm suspended for Eglin for a while I'm going to blackwater soon. I got a map from Halls Hardware yesterday. I didn't realize how large of an area it is. What's a decent area to go there? Probably be a couple weeks before my buddy and I go. Thanks.
