    I'll be honest, that current turbo has done you well to get you to this point. So now with what the specs of the new turbo have, I'm betting that it flows more CFM per PSI than your current turbo and that you'll be making a decent amount more of power.

    haha...yea the gt45 served me well. If i were to go with a higher PSI it would probably do really well but i will not be doing so with my current motor. I wrote out a plan in the direction i will be going so hopefully it pans out in real life as it does on paper.

    After contemplating between going twin turbo or staying single turbo, Single was my choice since it's cheaper and will not have to run a oil sump since i was going to run them below the truck. Been in contact with kirk at the boost lab and I've been looking for a 6765 turbo. He had one on hand which was a Masterpower one off turbo built in house with a .81 A/R. I woulda loved to use this turbo, But due to the nature of how the UCON tunes, i needed something with a bigger exhaust A/R so there will be no back pressure. so he recommended the s366. Rather than using a divided housing that they normally come with, an Open T4 housing will be used with a .96 A/R to keep the UCON working properly. my current turbo is a 1.05 A/R and uses a divided housing. So the open T4 housing on the s366 will work in my favor since flow will not be restricted and the CFM will work a lot better too. Pics will be up once i receive it from them.

    Yea same here. I'm want to try to dyno it again either November or December to see how much the flow straightener improves the tune. I'm going to need a a new downpipe made or modified since the vband discharge is a different size. I'm sure the difference in the turbo will be like night and day.

    Turbo is a Borgwarner S366 with a .96a/r AGP open t4 housing with a 3" Vband discharge.
