I placed my, "order," the last week in July. Toyota picked it up today and the dealership is estimating a January delivery. Since I ordered a M/T, it has come down to allocations etc, like others have already posted. I will say though that the dealership told my wife and I to be looking at 4 to 6 months.

While at the dealership yesterday, the just got a Pro delivered that an employee ordered back in Feb. Worse part is, I think the pro had the same chap tires as my sport. But the new owner took care of that with some new KOs before leaving the lot.

After trade I'm in for about 22k, however I want 25k loan, this way I can pay off a high interest credit card, and help with the dam registration cost, about 900 bucks.

I ordered mine beginning of February and picked it up March 3. The dealership didn't have an inferno allocated, but they had the exact truck I wanted in white, just about to be built. They contacted the plant and had the white changed to inferno for me. Surprisingly, everything they told me was true and it all worked out. However, the first dealership I visited was full of lies and broken promises, so I fired them. I had put a deposit down, but I told them to give me my money back or else. (since they couldn't keep any of their promises)

So I will have my new truck tomorrow, I cant believe one dealer cant find one for 6 weeks now and the other one got it for me in 1 day!!!!!

Also when I called to cancel my order the sales man said that I need to come in and talk to the sales manager to get my deposit back (sour grapes) im thinking of showing up in my new truck :)

On the lot! Cement TRD Pro. 5 miles from home. Always been pretty lucky in that regard over the years.

holy shit guys Im getting screwed here. The dealer I'm buying from didn't get an allocation for my truck AGAIN (2nd month in a row) so now I'm looking at February or March as the soonest I'll get my truck. Feels bad man. I can't really go to another dealer in the lower mainland because no one will touch the staff pricing I'm getting on everything

Pro's are different. dealers only get allocations if they request one. I'm just not getting my truck because Toyota decided to not give the dealership an allocation for my TRDOR

I would doubt that since they switched to an OR ;) Though i'm not sure if it was a 16 or 17.

Wow I love this truck, runs so much smoother than my 07. Im so confused on everything the head unit can do...lol I got lots of reading to do. The dealer wanted me to have this truck so fast he went out to ohio and drove the truck back for my so I could buy it today. yeah there was 120 miles on the odo but thats dedication.
