I traded a 2015 Chevy Colorado I had built for this Tacoma. Had the Colly 6 months, I could see problems down the road so I sent her to a new home.

I guess what I'm trying to say, and I posted only because your post made me think about it some, is that what I do in that sort of situation is about me and nobody else. That's why the company or other party has no bearing on my thought, they have no affect on what I feel is right or wrong for me to do.

Anyway thanks for being cool and letting me chime in.

Sounds good, it doesn't look like it's threaded. Looks like it clips somehow.

Built myself a storage box today. Not completely done. Still need to put the carpet down and thinking about putting diamond plate on front of drawers

Definitely don't need a tool to put that shift knob on. Took me all of about 15 seconds. Push down on the chrome ring, it snaps turn the shift knob clockwise pull it off. Twist new knob on pull up Chrome ring, snaps back on done.

Not sure if you answered this already but the thread is so big its hard to navigate. I was just curious about the flares where did you buy them and did they come painted or did you have them painted?
