I'm going to haul my OR on a Uhaul trailer that has over-the-front-wheel web straps. The website say the max tire diameter for the straps is 30 inches. I measured my wranglers and the diameter is around 31-32 inches. I don't know if the 30-inch limit is conservative and the straps will actually fit my tires. If not, I'll have to tie down the front and back of the truck using ratchet straps. What's the best mounting point for the back? I have the tow package so maybe looping the strap over the receiver would work? Or over the rear diff? Or maybe deflate the front tires until the web straps fit? What's the lowest pressure I can use and not have the tire bead blow out?
    Thanks, Hiker

Page 504 in the owner's manual has the tie down points for flatbed hauling.
I prefer chain and flip binders when hauling that kind of weight on a trailer.

Why are you hauling? I have a few days to use before the end of the year, I can come drive it for you.

I'm moving 2,000 miles. Makes more sense trailering it than driving. Thanks for the offer though.

I would get a trailer to pull behind the OR, if possible.

A moving truck (me driving it) will be towing the trailered Taco. Thanks for the reference Splitbolt..Always good to look at the owners manual. I looked on Goodyears website and it list the OD of the tire to be 30.6 inches. So maybe just some airing down of the tires might work.

You should be fine with the straps fitting your tires. The 30" guide is probably some legal insurance bs. Don't strap to your trailer hitch....you want your truck suspension to be fully functional

When I moved cross-country I found that Penkse was WAY cheaper and the trailers could handle larger vehicles.

    Just throwing that out there.

Thanks for the suggestion TFK1. I checked penske's website and the nearest drop off location is 170mi from my destination. A bit far.
