My local doesn't allow random drug tests, but if you want to work on some jobs you have to or have an accident

My boss doesn't care what we do on our spare time as long as it doesn't impede our work.

However if we get injured on the job and piss dirty we're gonners

I dont smoke though never have nor do I do any other drugs lol

It is hard to pee when you have someone literally looking over your shoulder as you are trying to fill a cup.

 

Doesn't matter if it was legal across the board. If it's company policy your still fucked.

A guy I know worked for Home Depot and got hurt. He pissed hot and was fired on the spot. Being he had his card he tried to fight Home Depot on it and was told "if they told you not to drink Pepsi and you got caught with a Pepsi, they have grounds for termination."

 

I was in Washington on business. Stopped by one of the weed shops and picked up a joint after my meeting. Hit the bars, sparked it up on the way home and woke up the next morning laying next to a Subway sammich. I smoke everyday, so that shit must have been super strong.

Yup that's because the "card" is considered a recommendation not a prescription. They can't prescribe weed because it's federally illegal lol. However if you are a heavy equipment operator you can't take pain killers while on the job or anything else that impairs your judgement prescription or not.
