Yeah, builders love money. That's for sure. Weird that your subdivision wants the 2nd FL gutters to dump onto the first FL roof at an angle. Over time, this may shoot water under the tiles. Also dumps the loose gravel from the top roof onto the 1st FL roof. I guess every place has different ideas. Still a great looking house. Enjoy!

Edit: I guess living in Florida has made me oversensitive to rain water systems. In my book, everything has to drain some where. When it can't you get flooding. Like in my front yard after this year's storms. The moat on either side of my driveway was actually 3 feet deep and running like a river

Great find! I like the looks of them so I ordered a set, but from autoanything.com. They have them listed for $150.98. But they always have a sale. 20% off with the code FRIGHTZONE. Take off $30.20 for a total of $120.78 shipped!

They look like a good summer, non-salt and snow mat. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I was shopping for Method's and came across these on tirerack, I've got a soft spot for that classic W.E. Look and they were about $60 cheaper per wheel so I figured I'd give em a shot. Same dimensions as the Method NV, about 3lbs heavier per wheel though. Haven't seen much of them anywhere, but fit/finish on them is great!
