Regular Cabs with the 4.0?

    Just for my own personal knowledge, what years was the regular cab with the 4.0 build?
    Out where I am from, a guy has one with the supercharger and that Taco flies.

    Bed mat, cleats, scangauge, new headlight bulbs, weather techs, more to come
    4.0 was never an option for a single cab but I wish it was. Gonna do a swap though one day

    my believe was right that it wasn't available, it must have been a swap.

    Think everyone is right, the regular cab only came with the 4.

    I'd love to find a regular cab with a blown motor for a transplant

    1st gen came with the option. thats it. Id love to throw a 6 cyl in my reg cab!
